NZ hairstylists get creative with colour
The Redken NYC Hair Awards has been set-up to scout new creative colouring talent. Check out a few of the looks that impressed judges of the Kiwi wing of the competition. Dunedin based hairstylist Kelsey Lyons took out the top prize, winning a trip to Las Vegas.
