They will be served a four course set menu made from largely seasonal New Zealand produce and drinks for $25 each.
The meals will be made using the new Artisan Mini mixer by kitchen appliance company, Kitchen Aid, which funded Reider's trip.
Reider told the Weekend Herald guests could expect a cross between having a family meal at home and eating in a traditional restaurant.
"I found there was a need to have an intimate dining experience where you could get great food but also connect with people.
"Traditional restaurants are so expensive and formal and hierarchical. This is a space where you get to eat a meal that's curated, but the atmosphere is laid-back and relaxed."
Reider has taken his small pop-up restaurant to several American cities outside New York and Sydney.
"I like to use as much local produce as I can, so the experience is tailored. What's really cool is when the guests have such a good time they all go to the pub together afterwards."
