Legendary pop music producer Phil Spector's trial for the murder of a B-movie star has been delayed again until March to give his defence team additional time to complete scientific and forensic tests. The case was rescheduled from January.
Eccentric recording guru Spector, 65, is accused of gunning down actor Lana Clarkson at his Los Angeles mansion in 2003 but proceedings against him have repeatedly stalled.
Spector, the genius behind such groups as The Ronettes, and famed for his work with Elvis Presley, Gene Pitney, Ike and Tina Turner and the Beatles on their Let It Be album, remains free on US$1 million bail.
