Queensland police have issued a desperate search online … for the owner of an abandoned wedding dress.
Taking to social media, Queensland police appealed for any information that may lead them to the owner of the white frilly frock.
The dress was found by a resident from Airlie Beach around 12pm on September 21. According to police, the gown was neatly folded with a white veil in a box on the road in a carpark of holiday units in Hermitage Drive, Airlie Beach.

Posting to social media, Queensland Police say the owner was so excited to get off on their honeymoon — they left their wedding dress behind.
