Two young New Zealand musicians based overseas have been awarded the Kiri Te Kanawa Foundation Grant, which will help them come home to "showcase their talent".
Conductor Kerry Jago, 26, from Howick, and soprano Ana James, from Dunedin, both received the prestigious award.
