MTV EMAs red carpet: The wildest celebrity outfits

A smattering of music's biggest names (and a whole bunch you've probably never heard of) have walked the red carpet at the 2018 MTV EMAs in Bilbao, Spain, today.

Also known as the MTV Europe Music Awards, the ceremony is being hosted by Hailee Steinfeld, with performances by Nicki Minaj, Halsey and Janet Jackson.

But first, all eyes were on the fashions on display during a particularly loud red carpet:
