A girl who became Britain's youngest mother when she had a child at the age of 12 returned to school just weeks after giving birth.
The youngster was still in primary school when she became pregnant by her 13-year-old "boyfriend".
But despite fears the shock pregnancy could seriously affect the girl's education, she rejoined classmates only six weeks after the birth of her daughter.
She was initially targeted by bullies and struggled to readjust to life in school after becoming a mother. But the girl, who was just 11 when she became pregnant and is still in a relationship with the child's father, is now excelling in her classes and achieving top exam marks.
The parents, now aged 13 and 15, live separately with their families in North London because they are too young to live together on their own.
