The Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence has been crowned the Most Desirable Woman of 2013.

Just behind the fresh-faced 22-year-old, was Mila Kunis followed by US model Kate Upton, R&B star Rihanna and actress Emma Stone.

More than 2.4 million international votes were cast in the online AskMen Australia poll on sex appeal, character, intelligence, talent, sense of humour and professional success.

Miranda Kerr made it in to the top ten and was joined by two other Aussies.

Model Jessica Gomes has come in at No.8, while teenage Aussie athlete Michelle Jenneke sits at No.10. Kerr is No.6 on the poll, created to find the world's most in-demand females.

With her exotic looks, Gomes catapulted from No.34 last year to No.8, while it is the first time in the list for the 19-year-old athlete Jenneke, who became an internet sensation due to her pre-race routine that saw her christened "Jiggling, Jumping Jenneke" at the Junior World Athletics.

Editor of online magazine AskMen Australia Jamie Watt said: "All of these women epitomise the natural, back-to-basics beauty that Aussies are celebrated for and they are all right at home in a top 10 that, by and large, celebrates strong and independent women with healthy, womanly curves."
