Female film-makers are turning their eye to the "feminine love affair with Miu Miu" in a series of short films made in collaboration with the Italian fashion house.
Zoe Cassavetes is the first director to showcase her work online, with an ultra-feminine short called The Powder Room, shot at London's Claridge's hotel.
"I love the idea of a powder room, the ritual which takes place within them is very important for women," says the director of Broken
English.
"There's something special about preparing yourself, a moment before the action takes place. I love the sense of intimacy. It's a place away from men, where you can check out other women, and re-glamorise yourself ready to face the world again."
Cassavetes' dreamy film examines women and their private moments, and stars actress Audrey Marnay with models Caroline de Maigret, Line Gost and Sophie Vlaming, all wearing new season Miu Miu.
