Minogue in good spirits despite cancer

Kylie Minogue is in good spirits and "as healthy as can be expected" considering her treatment for breast cancer, a statement issued on her behalf said.

Released to dispel rumours the Australian singer had suffered dramatic weight loss and was seeking alternative forms of therapy, it said she did not want reports in British media to deceive fellow sufferers.
