Perth's Millionaire Matchmaker, Louanne Ward, has been playing cupid for Australia's elite for more than two decades.
The successful relationship expert, who owns bespoke dating agency PMM and Associates, is paid up to $15,000 to find clients their perfect match.
Now, the self-confessed romantic has revealed what men look for in a woman after posing the question to more than 200 men in her 'little black book'.
"Women in particular have been saying 'Where do I meet a great guy and when I do, what is it that men really want?"," Ms Ward said.
"So I decided to do a reach out. I asked men to help me define what it is that men find most attractive in a woman and asked their four top physical attributes and four top traits in a woman.
"He's not falling in love with your frown... he is 100 per cent falling in love with your smile."
It's no surprise that the second most favourable physical trait is the eyes, followed by the bum.
"You might not want to know this ladies but the backside, yep, your butt, trumps your boobs," Ms Ward said.
"So men find the a**e more attractive than the breasts so you better get squatting. That is more important to a man... but of course the breasts ran a very close fourth."
The other physical attributes men find particularly attractive include legs, long hair, nice feet and well manicured hands.
When it comes to emotional traits, men named intelligence as the most attractive.
"Men need to converse with a woman. They need to feel that she can have some sort of intellectual conversation, this is really important to a guy," Ms Ward said.

"I think sometimes we think men don't want to talk to us but they really do."
And the second? Femininity.
"Men like a lady to be a lady. Women that say 'Well he will just have to take me as I am'... well no, he doesn't have to take you as you are," Ms Ward said.
"What he looks for is someone that can display her femininity.
The third on the list was playfulness, with Ms Ward explaining that men like women to be playful and like someone who "can laugh at her self, can be herself and not always take life so seriously".
The fourth was a draw between humour and confidence.
These were closely followed by a high sex drive at number five.
"Number six was vulnerability. A woman that doesn't have to always be totally tough - confident but also vulnerable," Ms Ward said.
After sharing the results, a number of men agreed with what she had to say.
"This is so on the money. I would be so curious to see what females say negative and positive," one man wrote.
"Sample data appears to be a good representation of men. I also like dimples in a woman and yes I agree with feminine and intelligence," another added.
