Meghan Markle is no longer the only one to get a happily-ever-after ending now that her ex-husband has tied the knot, DailyMailTV can reveal.
Trevor Engelson, who was married to the now Duchess of Sussex for two years, wed nutritionist Tracey Kurland, 32, the daughter of a multi-millionaire banker in a low-key ceremony on Saturday night.
The wedding was held at a private home in exclusive Hidden Hills, California, the same affluent suburb of Los Angeles where Kim Kardashian and Kanye West live, according to the Daily Mail.
Her parents, Stanford and Sheila, live in Hidden Hills but it was unclear if it was at their home.
Stanford Kurland was the second-most senior executive at Countrywide, the mortgage lender, until 2006 when he left, selling $US200 million in stock options.
Meanwhile, Meghan was worth an estimated $US5 million before marrying Harry. Since her wedding her fortune has jumped up to $30 million.
Two years later the company merged with Bank of America in the 2008 financial crisis, and was widely blamed for the toxic mortgage debts which set off the markets implosion
Kurland helped set up another mortgage lender, PennyMac, in the wake of the crisis and stood down as its CEO in 2016.
Engelson, a film producer, 41, popped the question to Kurland in California's Napa Valley in June, two weeks after his ex-wife, 32, married Prince Harry, 34.
"Luckiest guy I know," Engelson captioned a celebratory Instagram announcing the news. "Get ready to party!"
The couple began dating in November 2017.
In social media pictures, which have now been taken down, the bride can be seen wearing an off-the-shoulder, mid-calf white dress, while the groom was in a gray suit with a pink shirt and no tie.
The wedding reception was reportedly decorated with strings of traditional Mexican paper banners hung across a swimming pool and there was a tequila bar for guests.
"The wedding seemed like a small, casual but intimate affair - a world away from Meghan's huge marriage to Harry in England," said one guest.
"The bride and groom looked so much in love and very happy together. The whole event was so them."
Long Island native Engelson and Meghan met in 2004 before she became famous on Suits and dated for six years before getting engaged in 2010.
The former couple married in a beachfront ceremony at the Jamaica Inn in Jamaica in September, 2011 in front of 100 family and friends.
The four-day affair included a cocktail night, a brunch, and a barbecue with local beer, rum punches, and human wheelbarrow races along the white-sand beach.
But their relationship grew strained as Meghan left to film Suits in Toronto, Canada, while Engelson stayed at their home in Los Angeles.
The distance eventually took its toll and they separated in the summer of 2013.
Their marriage officially ended in 2014 with 'irreconcilable differences' cited in their divorce papers.
She met Prince Harry soon after - and the rest is Royal history.
His new bride is also a Los Angeles native. She studied for a bachelor of arts in communication at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, where she graduated in 2008.
She then completed her master of science in nutrition education at the Teachers College of Columbia University. New York, in 2014.
Kurland has worked as a registered dietitian at The Renfrew Center in Los Angeles since January 2015.
Engelson began work on a new TV show about a US actress marrying a British Royal, but it was reported in May, prior to the May 19 royal wedding, that friends of Meghan convinced him to suspend working on the show so as as not to upset the couple.
