Meghan Markle appears to have proven there are no hard feelings between her and Kiwi-born designer Emilia Wickstead.
Despite Wickstead's apparent criticism of Markle's wedding gown, and accusations that it was "identical" to one of her own designs, it all looks to have been swept under the rug after the Duchess stepped out yesterday wearing a Wickstead dress in Irelend.
Wickstead made headlines over her alleged comments following the Royal Wedding. But she released a statement saying she was "extremely saddened," by the what had been published.
She added: "Her Royal Highness, the Duchess of Sussex looked absolutely beautiful on her wedding day and I have the utmost admiration and respect for her. I do not think that her wedding dress was a copy of any of our designs. I have the greatest respect for Clare Waight Keller and the House of Givenchy—a huge source of inspiration to me."
