The eight-part series, Confessions of a Female Founder, will be released next month.
It promises to reveal a “sneak peek” behind the creation of her new lifestyle brand and will “unpack the twists and turns of building a business” as she interviews notable female entrepreneurs.
The podcast follows the recent Netflix series With Love, Meghan, which was widely criticised upon its release. It also comes before the launch of the Duchess’ venture As Ever, which will stock her edible flower sprinkles, dried biscuit mixes, teas and “fruit spreads”.

Meghan wrote on Instagram that she was “so excited” to share news of the podcast.
“I’ve been having candid conversations with amazing women who have turned dreams into realities, and scaled small ideas into massively successful businesses,” she said.
“They’re opening up, sharing their tips, tricks (and tumbles), and letting me pick their brains as I build out my own business, As Ever. It has been absolutely eye-opening, inspiring … and fun! (Because what’s the point if we can’t have some fun on this wild adventure?)”
The US-based podcast company said: “As Meghan herself navigates the world of entrepreneurship with the upcoming launch of her brand As Ever, be inspired by the real, unfiltered stories and lessons learned from notable female founders – from knowing your worth to trusting your gut, securing investors and investing in yourself.”
A trailer will be released on March 25, followed by the first episode on April 8 – the day before the King and Queen’s 20th wedding anniversary.
The Duchess said: “I’m so proud of what we’re creating, and the candid conversations that I’m able to have with other female founders as we unpack the twists and turns of building a business.”
It is the first podcast recorded by the Duchess since Archetypes, which she released on Spotify in 2022.
The 12-part series was the only offering, alongside a brief “holiday special”, to emerge from the Sussexes’ US$20 million ($35m) deal with the audio streaming firm. It was not renewed for a second series.
A few months after Archetypes' release, it was confirmed Spotify and Archewell Audio had “mutually agreed to part ways”.
A spokesman for the Sussexes said the Duchess would instead “develop more content for the Archetypes audience on another platform”.

Stephanie Wittels Wachs, Lemonada’s chief creative officer and co-founder, said: “Meghan is such a warm and welcoming person and you feel that in her interviews.
“She creates a comfortable space for her guests to bring fascinating personal stories to the table and open up in a way they likely haven’t before publicly. Listeners can expect conversations that are way more break room than boardroom.”
Jessica Cordova Kramer, the company’s chief executive and fellow co-founder, said: “As female founders ourselves, Steph and I are grateful to get a chance to build alongside Meghan the exact podcast we needed when we started Lemonada.”
The company was founded in 2019, with a mission “to make life suck less”.
Last year, the Hollywood Reporter named Kramer and Wachs among the “the most powerful people in podcasting”.
Lemonada’s successes include Wiser Than Me with Julia Louis-Dreyfus that spent 29 days at the top of the Apple Podcast charts and was named Apple’s 2023 show of the year.
