Stingy media outlets have largely ignored Nicole Kidman's request that they make a donation to the Sydney Children's Hospital in return for a free wedding photograph.
Fewer than 15 media outlets have made donations when there might have been thousands. If the photo had been sold instead of given away, it could have raised more than A$2.5 million ($3.1 million). (The Herald did make a donation.)
