McCartney-Mills marriage on the rocks?

Is Sir Paul McCartney a man on the run? UK news tabloids are raising fresh questions about the former Beatle's four-year marriage to Heather Mills.

One British newspaper says the relationship appears on the brink of collapse. The pair have not been seen together since March, when they took part in an anti-sealing protest in Canada.

British correspondent Malcolm Stuart says friends think the age difference between the 63-year-old singer and his 38-year-old wife is just too big. He says although Sir Paul has tried to appear younger by colouring his hair and promising to give up smoking marijuana, the couple do not seem to be very compatible.

A leading divorce lawyer says if they pair split, Mills will not be entitled to any of the money Sir Paul earned during his time with the Beatles and Wings.
