McCartney defends wife against 'gold-digging' accusation

Paul McCartney is sick of the media's obsession with the idea that his wife, Heather Mills, is a gold digger who only married him for his money, says the Daily Mail.

Sir Paul is so peeved he's penned a new ditty, Hometown Papers, to get back at gossipers.

Meanwhile, there are rumours that Heather, 37, who has an 18-month-old girl, Beatrice, with Sir Paul, is expecting again.
