The 183cm-tall robotics engineering manager said he first started wearing heels when he was in university at the request of his then-girlfriend.
But it was not until four years ago that Mark – a dad of three – began wearing skirts because "I can".
"I am just a straight, happily married guy that loves Porsches, beautiful women and incorporating high heels and skirts into my daily wardrobe," his bio on his Instagram page reads.
Typically, Mark will wear killer heels, plaid miniskirts and suede boots – which he likes to pair with a mid-calf beige pencil skirt.
"I prefer skirts to dresses," he told Bored Panda.
"Dresses don't allow me to mix the genders. I prefer a 'masculine' look above the waist and a non-gendered look below the waist."
As buying shoes for his feet can be difficult, Mark has shared his favourite brand, revealing Lost Ink receives a lot of his custom.
They "are great for men as they offer a wide fit in most of their shoes", he wrote on Instagram.
He also said he admired women who wore tight skirts and heels and the power they present.
His love of high-heels and tight-fit skirts has led some to question his sexuality, something Mark brushes off with ease.
"Most of the time, I'll tell them it's none of their business. Other times, I'll just say, I'm straight.
"There are times I'll go off on some, mostly men, when asked. I'll respond with something like 'Do you ask a women wearing a skirt and heels her sexual preferences?'"
His wife of 11 years helps him pick out his outfits while his daughter often wishes she could borrow his shoes – but sadly they are too big.
