One of Auckland's biggest fireworks displays is planned in the harbour tonight at 8.30pm to raise funds for the Auckland Coastguard.
National Business Review publisher Barry Colman is marrying Kati Silvey and a barge in the harbour will be used for the 15-minute fireworks display to celebrate and as a fundraiser.
More than 1000 shells will explode from the barge anchored half a kilometre east of Karaka Beach.
