Desperate Housewives star Marcia Cross is demanding the return of some revealing photos that she says have fallen into unscrupulous hands - those of David Hans Schmidt, the man who bought the contents of a storage locker rented by Paris Hilton after the heiress failed to make her payments. The photos of Cross number about 200.

An employee of a company hired to haul garbage from Cross' home apparently discovered them after taking the debris to a LA city dump. Cross says the pictures were thrown out by mistake. Schmidt is representing the owner of the hauling firm and says he's willing to sell the pictures back to her.
