He can then be seen kicking the cooler and bottles around the room.
"Call the cops, I don't give a f***," he said before knocking over a pile of serviettes.
The man went on to spit over the counter before calling the female manager a "c***" and pushing a cash register onto the floor. He was again asked to leave but refused to budge. He instead smacked a box of straws off the counter and repeated a string of obscenities. "I don't give a f***," he said.
He also knocked over two cash registers during the tirade, news.com.au reported.
A Victoria Police spokesman told news.com.au a 28-year-old Wodonga man was arrested following the incident about 11pm on Saturday night.
"He has been charged with criminal damage, drunk and other related offences, and was bailed to appear at Wodonga Magistrates' Court next year," the spokesperson said.
Sergeant Tim Mooney said it was "disappointing that an alcohol-affected male has gone to a family restaurant and placed staff and others present in fear".
"There would have been at least a dozen customers in there and numerous cars going through the drive through, and there were at least 10 staff," Sgt Mooney said.
"As soon as police arrived he complied with instructions."
He said police had viewed the footage, which has received tens of thousands of hits online.
"We've seen it," Sgt Mooney said.
"It's been forwarded onto the informant.
"It will make up part of our brief of evidence (for court)."
