Makes 800ml
255ml Greek yoghurt
350ml trim milk
200g mango pulp
20g caster sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cardamom seeds, toasted and ground
2 limes, zested and juiced
1 cup smashed ice cubes (a pestle and mortar is good for this)
Place all ingredients in a liquidiser and blend for four minutes. Serve in chilled glasses.
