A man is suing an In-N-Out burger restaurant in California for allegedly spiking his milkshake with methamphetamines.
Orange County man, Fred Maldonado claims to have found two blue capsules and a napkin at the bottom of his cup after finishing his drink the morning after he bought it and a burger from a drive-thru in March 2014, NBC reports.
When Maldonado returned to the Downey branch of the popular burger chain with the evidence he was offered an apology and a gift certificate for a free burger, according to the lawsuit.
Later testing found that the blue capsules were in fact methamphetamine, Maldonado's lawyer claims.
