Celebrity chef Michael Van de Elzen has stepped up to the plate to support a charity fishing event.
The APN McNally Classic on Thursday is a one-day charity fishing competition hosted by celebrity fisherman Geoff Thomas.
It has been arranged in memory of New Zealand Herald group advertising director Andrew McNally, who died, aged 44, of a heart attack last June.
All funds raised will be donated to the Men's Health Trust New Zealand.
At the end of the fishing, Van de Elzen will present a menu for a fundraising dinner, hosted by Herald fishing guru Geoff Thomas and Flynny from ZM's drive show.
