So says Madonna, whose revelations about riches and "tristesse" will come in the last of the singer-cum-writer's five-book children's series, Lotsa de Casha, a popup book about an Italian greyhound, who, according to publisher Nicholas Callaway, "has all the money in the world but no happiness".
