A crazy day on the job would be winding up an 18-hour day and then getting in the car and driving right across Britain, to make sure I am there in the morning, right as rain, to start working with another family. It's a happy, crazy schedule.
My down-time is not always quiet. It's certainly visiting friends and family, I like to go for a massage and to exercise. I like to cycle, I like to jet-ski. I speak to my family overseas, my brother and his fiancee have just had a baby girl, so I have just become an aunty. I catch up on all the lovely things my niece Isabella is doing.
I do like a nice cup of tea. I love green tea, so when I am on the road and want a cuppa, it's a nice little treat for me.
I wake up at about 4.30 in the morning and I do a workout and then I get myself ready and I have my breakfast. I like to drink plenty of water and I always have to remind myself to drink more. Fluids are essential for me, but also having three meals a day and a couple of snacks in between are equally important.
I do keep in touch with families. It's always a pleasure to be able to speak to them and catch up with the things they are doing.
The idea is to be able to give as much information as possible through these shows so parents can feel like they are making the decisions. You get what you see when you see me working with the families.
I like to take care of myself, with respect to those big old bubble baths, and I like to do those body scrubs that you can buy from the shops. I'm in different climates all the time so it's important for me to eat foods that are going to take care of my skin and hair and nails.
People say this must be crazy for you and it must have put you off having a family. My priority right now is what I have been doing but without a doubt I look forward to being able to achieve more balance so I can think about family, and being in a relationship for a start.
