Leibovitz calls Suri photo shoot 'challenging'

Photographer Annie Leibovitz says it was a challenge to shoot the first images of baby Suri Cruise.

"It's very difficult when the baby is that small," Leibovitz, 56, said about taking the first shots of the baby.

Leibovitz spent two weeks with Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' at their home taking pictures for Vanity Fair.

Leibovitz has just published A Photographer's Life, which includes pictures of a close friend, writer Susan Sontag.

"Photographing Sontag as she was dying from cancer was difficult in a far different way. They are very tough pictures, but Susan would really be proud of them."
