Jude Law has publicly admitted he regrets cheating on girlfriend Sienna Miller, but thinks it is time to move on.
In his first in-depth interview in 18 months, Law told GQ magazine he regretted hurting the 24-year-old actress Miller, reported Mirror.co.uk.
"I didn't want to hurt anyone. I've apologised to the people I think matter in the situation. There's not really an awful lot more I can do or say."
33-year-old Law's antics made headlines in 2005, when it was revealed he was cheating on Miller with his children's nanny, Daisy Wright.
Though Miller ditched Law at the time, the couple are now reunited after a tumultuous on-again/off-again relationship.
Despite expressing his remorse, Law continued to tell GQ that "you can't spend your life apologising".
"What kind of person would you be to spend your life torturing yourself?"
Law went on to say the affair and ensuing media debacle had left him more cynical and taught him to be "bulletproof".
