Australian pop star Kylie Minogue revealed her new signature scent Darling at an exclusive Sydney launch last night.
The singer said it will be known as Darling around the world, but in Australia she expects people to call it simply Darl.
"Darling, it's such a warm word. I use it with my friends, my mother uses it with me and it's a little bit showbiz."
Perfume is the latest new venture Minogue has undertaken, last month she released her first foray into writing, publishing the children's book The Showgirl Princess.
Minogue will take to the stage in the debut performance of her new Showgirl tour this Saturday, at Sydney's Entertainment Centre.
The show will be Minogue's first public performance since she was diagnosed with breast cancer last year.
The starlet has since undergone surgery and chemotherapy and is believed to have made a strong recovery.
