Kylie Jenner spotted with wedding dress

Self-made billionaire Kylie Jenner has sparked rumours she is tying the knot with boyfriend Travis Scott after she was seen with a wedding dress.

Kylie Jenner has been seen boarding a private plane on her way to celebrate her 22nd birthday.

There's nothing unusual about that when it comes to a self-made billionaire and her opulent lifestyle.

But a couple of items caught the eyes of celebrity watchers.

TMZ exclusively reports that Jenner was accompanied by a piece of carry-on luggage that looked a lot like a wedding dress.

Peeking out of the bottom of a very large garment bag was what appeared to be the train of a long, feathery, white dress.

Also seen on the tarmac was a worker carrying another garment bag seemed to be a formal suit, possibly a man's tuxedo.

But before we get too excited, sources reveal that Jenner isn't walking down the aisle with Travis Scott, and the sighting may be a publicity stunt, with Jenner knowing that the paparazzi are staking out her every move.

Reportedly, Jenner is travelling to Italy where she will celebrate her 22nd birthday on-board the mega-yacht "Tranquillity".

What makes those in the know think this isn't a wedding party?

Jenner boarded the plane with Scott and their baby Stormi, mum Kris Jenner, Scott Disick, Sofia Richie and Corey Gamble, assistant, Victoria, and friends Stassi Karanikolaou and Yris Palmer.

But some key players were missing, notably the other Kardashians Caitlyn, Kim, Kendall, Kourtney, and Khloe.

Kourtney is vacationing in Europe and will join Kylie's party but the absence of the others has raised doubts this is a wedding.

But then again, Scott began the birthday proceedings for his girlfriend of two years by covering the floor of their mansion in red rose petals. In a card he included in a video Jenner posted to Instagram, Scott had written "We're just getting started."
