After celebrating her 36th birthday with a lavish bash in Las Vegas on Saturday night, mother-of-three Kourtney Kardashian appeared to have babies on the mind in the hours that followed.
On Sunday morning, the reality star caused a stir when she took to her Instagram account to share a shotof herself posing seductively with a pair of breast bumps attached to her bosom.
Wearing tight black leather trousers, the raven-haired beauty was seen leaning back on a kitchen island in her luxury hotel suite as she pumped milk into the containers attached to her bosom.
She captioned the eye-catching image, in which she peered into the camera lens with a smouldering pose: "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas".
Of course, as her breasts were covered, it wasn't clear if she was just joking around for the cameras or wearing a top specially designed for pumping.
On Saturday night Kourtney arrived at birthday celebrations with her partner, Scott Disick.
Scott doted on Kourtney as she received her birthday cake, with him taking to the microphone, following his recent stint in rehab for a reported addiction to alcohol.
Earlier on in the day, she shared an Instagram snap while on her flight to Sin City on Saturday to ring in her big day writing.
