A Kiwi-born girl has been named as one of the hottest young models in England after a nationwide search for new talent.

The MailOnline and Select Model Management spent five months seeking the "new faces" of 2013.

This week, the women's winner was named as Madi Gray, 15.

Gray was born in New Zealand and lived for six years in Sydney and Singapore before settling with her family in North London.

She will initially do a couple of shoots a year during school holidays.

Lucy Quick from Select Model Management said: "We chose Madi because she is naturally beautiful with a cool and unique look. "Although she is still very young, she definitely has the potential to be a star."

Select is responsible for discovering David Gandy, Agyness Deyn, Sarah Ann Macklin, Oliver Cheshire and Stella Tennant.
