Kiwi beauty guru Shannon Harris of Shaaanxo has been voted one of Forbes most influential

Kiwi beauty blogger Shannon Harris, known as Shaaanxo to her followers, has been named one of Forbes magazine's top influencers.

The 24-year-old vlogger and YouTube sensation came in fifth place on Forbes' list of Top Beauty Influences, out ranking several well known beauty icons, including Jeffree Star.

English blogger Zoe Segg took the top spot for her YouTube channel Zoella: Life. Beauty & Chats.

Harris starting vlogging in 2009 to fill a void in the New Zealand and Australian beauty market and has quickly become one of the most watched beauty bloggers on the internet.

Today, she has more than 8. 3 million followers across Instagram, YouTube and Facebook and her own successful beauty brand, xoBeauty, selling Italian-made vegan cosmetics brushes, false lashes, beauty blenders, brush cleaner and cosmetics.
