She's courted plenty of controversy on Instagram in the past thanks to her racy posts.
But this time, Kim Kardashian has found herself in hot water with fans for a different reason after she was busted with an altered photo of her seven-month-old daughter Chicago.
Last week, Kim reposted aphoto younger sister Kylie Jenner originally shared of Chicago and Stormi to her own Instagram page.
But it wasn't until Instagram account Celeb Face โ which exposes A-listers who Photoshop their pictures online and is an absolute must-follow โ posted the images side-by-side that it was clear Kim's photo had more than just a filter added to it.
In the photo posted to Kim's account Chicago's forehead is smaller and the shape of her head is different โ likely due to the use of a photo-altering app such as Facetune.
"OH so you just gonna Photoshop your own babies head now. Real cool!!!!"

Kim welcomed third child Chicago in February via a surrogate. She and husband Kanye West are also parents to five-year-old daughter North and two-year-old son Saint.
Over the weekend Kim faced a backlash from fans after sharing a provocative photo of her wearing a vintage bikini.
Followers of the reality TV questioned why she would post such a sexualised image online, labelling it as "desperate", "sad" and even "vulgar".
