Kim Kardashian doesn't want full disclosure anymore

Kim Kardashian says she is "ready to be less open'' about her relationships.

Speaking to DuJour magazine, the pregnant reality star declares she is "shifting her priorities'' after receiving advice from boyfriend Kanye West.

The 32-year-old famously made her name on reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians and is currently appearing in spin-off Kourtney & Kim Take Miami.

"My boyfriend has taught me a lot about privacy,'' she told the magazine.

"I'm ready to be a little less open about some things, like my relationships.

"I'm realising everyone doesn't need to know everything.''

Kardashian began dating the 35-year-old rapper last April and they announced they were expecting their first baby at the end of December.

The new developments have meant Kardashian apparently wants the ninth season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians to be her last.

"I think there's always an evolution of, you know, what you want to do in life,'' she said.

"It's all about finding things that really excite and motivate you and spark you all over again.

"I just feel so blessed and excited and ready for the next phase.''

The eighth season of the hit reality show began filming in February and will premiere in the US this June.

Meanwhile, the pregnant star is ensuring she is following a healthy diet and exercise regime.

"I used to always say I can't wait to get pregnant because I will just eat whatever I want, but it's completely different,'' she said.

"I'm like, okay, I want to eat as healthy as possible.

"I've been watching shows like I'm Pregnant and Addicted to Meth and it definitely makes me feel better if I'm wanting one sip of Diet Coke or too much sugar.

"I'm like, `This woman is on meth!'''
