"Now, boys," the mayor announced, "I want to talk to you about this year's great bamboozle. As you know, September is the time for our annual bamboozle treasure hunt."

"So why this meeting in August?" called Captain Scuttle.

"August, August!" screeched Captain Scuttle's parrot.
