Kiri and Tama also knew that if they pulled off enough bits, the people-on-wheels would get angry and chase them. That was great fun. There was always lots of noise.

Dad caught a gust of wind beneath his wings and soared upwards in a graceful arc.
"Don't encourage the boy!" screamed Gran. "It's no wonder he flies like he does."
Dad dropped back into line, looking a little embarrassed. "Sorry Gran. Gust of wind... you know how it is."
He coughed slightly to hide his embarrassment. Kiri gigled.
Before long they arrived at the lookout to find the bins overflowing and several people-on-wheels, their bright shiny cars glinting in the sun.
