Khloe told USA Today: "I turned to working out because I needed clarity in my brain and I didn't know what else to do but go to the gym," she said. "As a by-product, I started losing weight."
Sticking to her strict regime helped the star prove to herself and the rest of the world just how strong she is.
"For me, my revenge is for everybody who called me fat and ugly ... every piece of (crap) that comes our way in my family, and how we handle them. It shows how strong I am mentally."
Dr Goglia uses a metabolic body type nutrition plan and has a large list of celebrity clientele, including Chris Hemsworth, Ryan Gosling, Channing Tatum and Khloe's sister Kim.
"We work with each client to determine their metabolic body type. Each requires a unique meal breakdown based on how that person's body breaks down proteins, fats and carbs."
So what does a daily meal plan for Kardashian look like?

For breakfast, the star mixes one scoop of whey protein powder with a tablespoon of almond butter, fruit, ice and water and blends into a smoothie.
Meal two
A piece of fruit of her choice.
Meal three
1/2 a chicken breast with a side of vegetables and an iron fuelled salad.
Meal four
A cup of celery, tomatoes or 12 almonds.
Meal five
Either more celery and tomatoes or one egg.
Meal six
A fatty fish like salmon, sea bass, black cod or arctic char. Served together with a big plate of vegetables and a salad.
Meal seven
One piece of fruit of her choice.
Dr Goglia states that while the 32-year-old sticks to this plan day-to-day, it doesn't mean she doesn't allow herself the occasional indulgence.
