They both made huge sums of money for each other, but the three-year design partnership between the supermodel Kate Moss and the retail tycoon Sir Philip Green will draw to a close later this year.
Both parties deny any rift but confirmed at the weekend that when Moss unveils her autumn and winter range in October it will her 14th and last collection for the billionaire's Topshop chain.
Sir Philip, who is helping the UK Government deliver efficiency savings in Whitehall, told a Sunday newspaper: "It has been fantastic for us and fantastic for her, but they take more and more time and she cannot do this full-time any more because she has other commitments."
A source close to Moss reportedly said the relationship had come to a "natural conclusion".
