Kate Middleton reveals new hair for 2017

Her brunette locks are her crowning glory, but the Duchess of Cambridge took things to a new level as she showed off a very bouncy blow dry.

Kate's hair was looking especially voluminous as she arrived at the ICA with Princes William and Harry to give a rare joint speech on the issue of mental health.

It seems she may have treated herself to a New Year makeover at the hair salon as her locks appeared significantly bouncier and thicker than they did a few weeks ago, when she visited a Scout troop in Norfolk on 14 December.

The Duchess, 35, who flew in from Norfolk where she was spotted shopping with her children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, yesterday, was wearing a stunning £1,050 floral embroidered dress by Erdem.

Harry, 32, seemed in good form following the recent visit to the UK of his girlfriend, US actress Meghan Markle, 35, with whom he is enjoying an increasingly serious relationship. Friends have already predicted an engagement as early as this year.

The royal trio were at the Institute of Contemporary Arts in Carlton House Terrace to speak at a briefing outlining the next phase of their Heads Together campaign.
