A family court judge in Argentina has given a widow permission to marry the daughter of her late husband because 'they have the right to be happy".
The 33-year-old woman struck up a relationship with her late husband's 32-year-old daughter after he passed away in October 2010.
They made plans to marry earlier this month and reserved a wedding venue to celebrate after the ceremony.
But their nuptials were halted when the local registry office in Rosario, Argentina, claimed their wedding was unlawful.
Judge Ricardo Dutto this week authorised the union after they took their fight to get married to court.
