Love is in the air, or something is in the water, judging by the latest spate of celebrity marriage rumours to make the rounds.
The latest couple to join the growing list of upcoming nuptials is Pirates of the Caribbean star, Johnny Depp, and his partner of eight years, French singer, Vanessa Paradis.
A source close to the couple told Britain's Daily Express newspaper the couple were planning a summer wedding at their villa in the south of France.
"It will be a private event rather that a showbiz extravaganza," reported the newspaper.
The couple have two children together, seven-year-old Lily Rose and four-year-old Jack.
Meanwhile, supermodel Kate Moss and her junkie boyfriend, Babyshambles singer, Pete Doherty, are set to wed in Ibiza next January, if Doherty's uncle Phil Michels is to be believed.
Michels told UK tabloid the Daily Star: "Pete has bought Kate an engagement ring and has promised her he will stay off heroin. It will be a traditional white wedding and is being attended by all their friends."
Reports also suggest Lost co-stars Evangeline Lilly and Dominic Monaghan are planning a summer wedding, after a source revealed, "They decided the time was right and they are very much in love. It will be a summer wedding."
Whispers of a second Spice Girl's wedding were circulating earlier this week, when the Daily Express reported Baby Spice, Emma Bunton, was to marry longtime boyfriend Jade Jones.
However, Bunton's aides yesterday told the Mirror the report was "bollocks".
Finally, rounding off the celebrity marriage rumour mill, Little Britain creator and star Matt Lucas is set to "marry" his boyfriend Kevin McGee in a pantomime-themed civil partnership ceremony later this year.
British newspaper the Daily Mail reported the couple had not yet selected their outfits but were considering dressing as Captain Hook, Mother Goose or Aladdin.
