JLo sacks manager

Guess fans can start calling her Jenny from the chopping block.

Barely two weeks after she axed spokesman Alan Nierob, Jennifer Lopez has fired her longtime manager, Benny Medina, reports the New York Daily News. She also sacked her agent, Patrick Whitesell, of Hollywood power firm Endeavor.

Tinseltown insiders have long complained about Medina's management style but, until now, Lopez has been loyal to him.

Varietyreported that Endeavor gave Lopez an ultimatum: us or Medina. Her shock decision was to fire both.

A source told the New York Post that her fiance, Ben Affleck, was behind the firings. "Benny was let go because of Ben, mostly," the source said.

"Ben hated Benny. He hated how Benny created this diva image of Jennifer."
