A US$10 million ($14.5 million) lawsuit filed by Michael Jackson, 47, against businessman Henry Vaccaro over ownership of Jackson family memorabilia has been thrown out of court.
Vaccaro acquired the mementos as part of a bankruptcy sale involving Jackson's parents.
The items were catalogued on a website that promised "the most juicy information" about the Jackson family.
