Michael Jackson has bought property in the Gulf state of Bahrain.
The troubled singer paid an undisclosed sum to buy 6ha of land next to a palace owned by his friend, Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad al Khalifa.
Jackson, who has been lying low in the Middle East, has donned traditional clothing such as a flowing, white djellaba and head dress to walk the streets undetected.
