Former Aucklander Mark de Clive-Lowe here compiles some of his remixes, productions and original material on a globe-trotting collection which starts in a Latin mode with the sounds of Panamanian keyboardist Danilo Perez and bada-bada singer Claudia Acuna getting the remix treatment and ends with the Chet Baker trumpet stylings of Germany's Till Bronner melted behind soulful vocals by Ovasoul7 and de Clive-Lowe's keyboards.
Between times there is a swag of jazzy funk and beats, some overlong vamping, lashings of 70s keyboards, and faux-soul and lounge given the beat treatment.
Slick, functional in clubland, slightly sassy and probably hip, but not a lot of it grips.
