A collection pulled from the soundtrack to the catwalk, as seen on Fashion TV, which "reflects the aural colours of the Spring-Summer collections 2002 with a breezy feel that floats on layers of lush organic textures and simple melodies". Hmmm, doesn't that read like fashion writing? But to be fair it's pretty accurate.
A 14-track, chill-out collection which barely gets your pulse working, includes the deliciously lazy Azul Project's trip-ambient version of Ain't No Sunshine, St Germain's Alabama Blues (which doesn't sound a bit like Big Mama Thornton) and more stuff which is pleasant enough. But overall this a minor entry in a crowded field.
Kaori's Good Life is a killer but otherwise ... is it okay, Mr Armani, if I just give it three stars?
