The third album for this local two-man drums'n'guitar wrecking crew again shows their ability to whip up a rock'n'roll mini-cyclone.
But as the yelping, flailed riffs and fevered, lurching beats - all caught up in thoroughly no-frills production - work up another blast, it starts becoming an exercise in admiring the aggression but wondering if there should be something more to it by now.
While the short-ish songs don't outstay their welcome, they quickly become fairly interchangeable, especially care of the band's Las Vegas/hot rod/hard drinking/white trash lyrical schtick, the ironic novelty of which runs out long before the 11 tracks are up.
Still, on the twitchy white noise attack of Am I Your Stooge you can be sure that if they heard it, Iggy and co might enjoy the well-intended tribute.
