This is definitely on our hot list. Bendon have opened a store in Mangere and there is many a bargain to be had. Deleted lines of bras and knickers range from $2 to $20 and normal retail stock is less 10 per cent. Plenty of great colours and styles and more items arrive all the time.

Bags just the ticket
You don't need to have a plane ticket in hand to head to the airport - the arrival of Coach's new range of handbags at DFS is enough reason to make the trip. The Fall 2006 collection features oversized, unstructured pieces with vintage-inspired leather, braiding and chains.
For the first time, DFS will also have Coach outerwear, including a cropped peacoat.

Scent of a celeb
Celebrities will be busy this year promoting their perfumes as well as their albums, books and movies.
Teen queen Hilary Duff will launch her scent in September, followed by novelist Danielle Steele's first fragrance in October. Pop diva Mariah Carey will bring out her perfume later this year. They are all part of the Elizabeth Arden brand, which has launched the Britney Spears range, including Curious, Fantasy and In Control.
Plainly Jane
And to another celebrity ... Jane Fonda is the face of a new range of anti-ageing treatments.
The 68-year-old actress - who is against unneccesary cosmetic surgery - is fronting an advertising campaign for L'Oreal Age RePerfect Pro Calcium daycream.
The skincare is aimed at women in their 60s and will be available here in August from pharmacies, department stores and supermarkets. It will cost about $37.
Brazilian specials

Pink with purpose
Some of New Zealand's top designers will give a peek preview of their summer ranges at a charity fashion show, In the Pink, at SkyCity on July 7. Fashion names include Hailwood, Zambesi, Yvonne Bennetti, Working Style, Doris De Pont, Liz Mitchell, Caroline Church, Hailwood, Helen Talbot, Jane Rhodes, Adrienne Winkelmann, Andrea Moore, Annah Stretton and Triumph Lingerie. They will show a mix of winter and summer ranges, including some couture. Entertainment includes the Topp Twins and Pearl.
Proceeds will go to the Breast Cancer Foundation to help fund its education and research.

Young and gifted
Young hairdressers will take part in a live stage show at the weekend in a bid for the top title in the Young Professional Stylists competition.
Winners from 12 regions throughout the country will compete at the Auckland Showgrounds buildings and be judged on cut, colour, styling and total look.
The winner gets a week's training at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in London and a $5000 travel and accommodation package.
