What can you say? That it's a classic album? That it never stayed on the charts all those years like legend says? That it had a beautifully packaged reissue on its 20th - or was it the 25th - anniversary, and now receives another sonic remake for its 30th?
That this reissue boasts comfortably numbing statistics about Super Audio CD format and the first time it has been presented in 5.1 surround sound?
That it still sounds really trippy on the headphones, especially if you self-medicate? That every home should have one, but probably already has?
Well, if you don't have one - and oddly enough I never have had - then here it is: strange voices, echoes, cloud-penetrating guitar, that thing about clocks, and Money. The whole package that has previously sold 30 million copies.
But points off to whoever thought to change the cover art (one of the most memorable in rock) and substituted this lesser version on the front of the glossy, photo-filled booklet. But hey, a classic nonetheless. Right?
